Shipping

As we curate and handcraft each item with love in-house, please allow up to three working days processing time on all orders. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped within three working days from Monday. Our pre-order pieces are handmade by our tailors in the UK after the order is placed, so please allow a two-week turnaround time for shipping. This allows us to conduct thorough quality checks and control procedures to ensure that the item you receive is of the highest quality standard. 

All national orders are shipped via ROYAL MAIL, while international orders are shipped via ROYAL MAIL or DHL.

Each order is tracked so you can follow the journey of your package. 

Once an order has been fulfilled and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for any delays or loss caused by the carrier rests with the shipping provider. To help avoid any delivery issues, please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. 

Customs & Duty Taxes 

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or any additional fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Lámis is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance procedures. If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and re-delivery costs.
